Vancouver has beautiful beaches and a well-maintained park system. You can ski or snowboard, sail and swim all within the city limits! In addition, Vancouver has a thriving new music scene, active nightlife and cafe culture.
US Citizens, or citizens of any country with a visa waiver arrangement with Canada, do not require a study permit for any program that is shorter than 6 months. This information is found on the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website.

Sample Course Schedule & Fees
INTENSIVE FULL-TIME COURSE (4 WEEKS)
This full-time course is designed for people who can dedicate four weeks to the program.
COURSE FEES: All Vancouver CELTA courses cost a total of $2,820 CAD.
THERE IS NO APPLICATION FEE. The registration fee is due on acceptance into the course and is non refundable. Trainees who are unable to take the course as scheduled can apply for a deferral of up to one calendar year.
What are the accomodation options?
HOMESTAY AGENCY
IH Career College has an experienced and caring full-time Housing Director who places our students in safe, comfortable homes in pleasant neighbourhoods. It takes approximately 20-40 minutes to get to and from the school by transit. Our Housing Director is available 24 hours a day to answer students’ questions and discuss their concerns.
HOTEL AND B&B OPTIONS
There are several hotels located within walking distance to International House. Our homestay department would be pleased to send you a list of recommended hotels
